In October 2004, Dennis Poirier with help from members of the NB Filmmaker's Coop shot a 5 mins. movie on Mini DV.
He cast himself as a weary uncle who is investigating a series of grisly murders while caring for an orphaned nephew. Austin Perry (Dennis' real life nephew) played his nephew and received a lot of praise from the crew for his performance. Tanya Swinimar directed and was extremely patient with her cast of mostly first time actors. Our most experienced actor, Chad Bolton, is always a pleasure to work with.
