*Rebecca's Grave - Saturday November 15th 2008 at 8:00pm*
Hello Everyone! The
Silverwave Festival was just excellent! We had a great turnout and
the film was well received. I was very proud to have several friends
come out to see Rebecca's Grave from Moncton, it was a pleasant
surprise. I'm also proud to announce that some of our actors
who worked on our film won for best actor and actress in another excellent
movie that we all worked on in Moncton: Outstanding
Performance by an Actor – Male WINNER: JASON CHISHOLM FOR THE FILM
ALLREVVED UP – MONCTON, NB Outstanding Performance by an
Actress – Female WINNER: TRACEY CARNEY FOR THE FILM ALL REVVED UP –
MONCTON, NB And lastly our own editor who was hard at work
on several Moncton Productions, including my own film was rewarded for all
his hard work with this award: Excellence in Picture
Editing WINNER: JASON CHISHOLM FOR THE FILM GAMERS’ MANIFESTO –
MONCTON, NB Yes as you have noticed we have multi-talented
people who will take on many different hats during a independent film
production. Now the next step will be to have a showing of
Rebecca's Grave accompanied by these other wonderfully made Moncton films
in town. I am currently looking into this and will update you
shortly as to when we will be able to show these films in Moncton.
Lastly, to complete the whole vision for this project I am
also working on the completion of a DVD for this film which will contain
the film, behind the scenes and the short documentary on the same
subject.
You can also enjoy some other
interesting stuff about Rebecca's Grave by going to the official movie
